Peanut
Peanut is a neutered male dwarf lop, who is 4 months old. He came into the rescue on New Year’s Eve (2010) as he had started to fight with his male sibling. His previous owner wanted to keep both bunnies, but did not have the space to keep them separately.
As they had started to fight there was no guarantee that they would settle down once they were both neutered, so Peanut was brought into rescue. He is a very ‘cute’ looking bunny, so we are sure that he will not be with us for long.
He is the sort of cute bunny that tempts many people to make impulse buys. However, bunnies are long-term commitments and need lots of care and attention. Peanut has not been handled much, so tends to wriggle when he is picked up.
He also has lots of energy, so doesn’t like to sit still for very long. Peanut is now ready for bonding with a neutered female bunny.
